In short

  • We only collect what you choose to send us, plus the basic technical records every website keeps.
  • We use it to read your submission and reply to you. We don't add you to mailing lists, sell your information or use advertising trackers.
  • Submissions are read in confidence by the NRML team and never shared outside NRML without your written consent.
  • You can ask us to see, correct or delete what you sent at any time.

Who we are

NRML Holding, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, decides how the information on this page is used and is responsible for it. To ask us anything about it, email hello@nrml.ae.

What we collect

  • When you submit an idea or business: everything you enter in the form. That is the path and vertical you choose, your answers to the fit questions, the details of your idea or business (which can include revenue, profit and funding figures), and your name and email. Phone, LinkedIn and how you heard about us are optional.
  • When you email us: whatever you put in the email, for example a CV when you apply to run one of our companies.
  • When you visit: our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information, such as your IP address, your browser and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Please leave out anything you could not share without a non-disclosure agreement. We sign one before going deeper.

How we use it

  • To read your submission, reply to you and, if it is a fit, take the conversation further.
  • To keep the website working and secure.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

The fit check in the form gives you an instant indication only. A person reads every submission, and no decision about you is made automatically.

Who sees it

Only the NRML team. We don't share your submission outside NRML without your written consent, unless the law requires us to.

A few providers help us run the site and handle information only on our behalf:

  • Vercel hosts this website.
  • Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.
  • Google Fonts supplies the site's typefaces, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.

These providers may process information outside the UAE. If you send your submission from your own email app instead, it reaches us like any other email.

What stays on your device

As you fill in the form, your answers are saved in your browser, so nothing is lost if you leave and come back. They stay on your device until you send them, and Start over deletes them. Your choice of light or dark theme is saved the same way. We don't set cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep a submission while we assess it and talk to you. If we don't go ahead, we delete it within 24 months of your last contact with us. If we do go ahead, it becomes part of our records for that business. Our hosting provider keeps its technical records for a short time only.

What you can ask us to do

You can ask us to:

  • show you the information we hold about you
  • correct it
  • delete it
  • stop using it

Email hello@nrml.ae and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Keeping it safe

This site only works over an encrypted connection, so what you type is protected on its way to us. Inside NRML, submissions are available only to the people who assess them.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
